    John Pritchard

    After graduating in Law from Cambridge University, John trained with Allen & Overy before moving to Salomon Brothers. He founded Piper Pritchard and HMS in 1992 as a specialist legal and banking search consultancy. John also holds the position of Chairman of the Alumni Advisory Board, the Steering Committee and Nominations Committee of Cambridge University. As a former Olympic rower John was a director of the British Olympic Association prior to the 2012 London Games.

    Prior to working in the executive search Paul had an outstanding career in the IT Industry, with the likes of BAE Systems and CSC. Paul’s 14 year search experience includes recruiting mid to senior IT Management roles and building teams and managing talent pools, such as the Inside Sales team of a leading telecoms provider.

He has completed projects across most international markets. His long standing clients include global, international and national firms, and boutique specialists.

    Gary leads the strategic consulting practice. Prior to joining Helix Gary was a partner at a major global law firm, where he held senior leadership positions, including Chair of EMEA and Managing Partner.

    The strategic consulting services provided include (i) growth - mergers, new office openings and strategic lateral hiring; (ii) development and implementation of strategy; (iii) advice on partner remuneration systems; (iv) practice area reviews; and (v) integration of how a firm operates, including post-merger.
